Política de envío

  • Orders that ship from Banks Boutique directly take 2-5 business days to receive once it has shipped. Processing time/Order Preparation  can take 1-5 Business Days. Digital Print items can take 2-7 days in production + ship time. Most Custom made items take 5-7 business days to prepare + shipping time. There are some bleached tees, sweatshirts, & hoodies that take about 14-18 business days to prepare + ship time. 
  • Drop shipped items vary. Order processing time can take 2-7 business days. If you would like the item sooner, please contact us before ordering to arrange an expedited order. Items that are drop shipped that do not ship internationally are placed by Banks Boutique & then shipped out which adds additional pre-shipment time. 
  • Business days are Monday-Friday and non holidays. 
  • Orders delayed once shipped and out of anyone’s control are not included in these timeframes & is not Banks Boutiques fault. We will not refund any items that are delayed beyond our control. 
  • You will receive Tracking for all orders. Since we use drop shippers, it is very common to have more than one tracking numbers within your order.  Once orders have been submitted & processed they can not be canceled or edited. There is roughly a 12 hour window where it can still be edited but not guaranteed. Orders placed using CAD Currency are not able to be edited because of the currency difference so please make sure everything is correct.
  • If your package was delivered & to the correct address, and you did not receive it, please contact your local post office first as a lot of packages get delivered to the wrong mailbox by the mail carrier and end up showing up a few days later. We are not responsible once it has been successfully delivered to the correct address. If you would like a signed delivery, please let us know ahead of time. You can also add insurance at checkout. 
  • Please make sure your mailing address is correct. We are not responsible if you provide an incorrect address. Shipping charges will be applied to ship items back out if it was returned to sender or mailed to the wrong address due to having an incorrect address.

  • Shipping to Canada takes 9-15 business days depending on the mail carrier used. We use the cheapest shipping rate. We avoid DHL, UPS, FedEx, & all other carriers that are faster delivery but charge brokerage fees & apply other import & duty fees and taxes. We do everything on our end to avoid custom/duty fees but it can not be guaranteed since Customs can apply their own fees. 98% of our shipments to Canada have been tax/duty fee free. IF your order had a fee added on that was not related to how it was shipped, we are not responsible. We do not charge any sales tax or collect any duty fees at checkout. If you would like the item sooner, please contact us before ordering to arrange an expedited order. If your in Canada & you order a US only item that doesn’t ship to Canada, expect an extra 3-7 day delay since it has to ship to us first.

  • shipping prices are a flat rate of $7.50 for US Orders & Canada orders vary between $14-$21 USD. When ordering digital print items, Pre order items, they need to be ordered separate since the ship at out at different times. When ordering digital print items, it is a flat rate of $6. For Pre-order items, the standard flat rate applies. All US Orders of $100 and over qualify for free shipping. We are unable to offer free shipping on international orders due to it being so expensive. 
  • Since we are located in Florida, We legally have to collect sales tax on all orders shipped in Florida.
