*You have 7 days from the date of receiving an item to request a return/exchange. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 5 days to contact us about damages or receiving a wrong item. This time frame is important due to some items being drop shipped and those vendors return policies.

*All returns/exchanges must first be approved so please make sure to email us before sending back any item/s. Items sent back without being approved will not be accepted.
*All returned items must be in same condition as received, unused/unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached (if applicable) and in their original packaging.


Contact us by emailing BanksBoutiqueLLC@protonmail.com and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange. Please be mindful of the time frames as specified above.

Certain types of items cannot be returned so Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item before ordering.

*We do not accept returns on used items. Discounted items are not accepted (all sale items are final) unless a customer received a wrong item or the item was damaged.


NOTE: After we make a return agreement, Please mail item back and send us the tracking receipt within 5 business days. We will not accept returns outside of the 5 business day return agreement.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Banks Boutique’s Responsibility:

If we are responsible for the issue, we will allow a return for a refund or an exchange.

Once we receive the item, we will refund in full price and its shipping or send out a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when Banks Boutique is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size.

Customer's Responsibility:

If the customer has ordered wrong size or product or simply does not want the item anymore, we will be happy to do an exchange. The customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send us back & We will cover the shipping of the item being sent in exchange.
