Politique de remboursement

*You have 5 days from the date of receiving an item to request a return for store credit. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 5 days to contact us about damages. This time frame is important due to some items being drop shipped and those vendors return policies. 

*All returns must first be approved, please make sure to email us before sending back any item/s. Items sent back without being approved will NOT be accepted.
*All returned items must be in the same condition as received, unused/unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached (if applicable) and in their original packaging. If items are received not in packaging, covered in animal hair, sprayed with perfume, etc. They will NOT be accepted as we would not be able to resell them. 

HOW TO REACH US

Contact us by emailing BanksBoutique.help@gmail.com and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. For defective or incorrect item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, you may request to return for store credit. Please be mindful of the time frames as specified above.

Certain types of items cannot be returned so Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item before ordering.

*We do NOT accept returns on used items. Discounted items are NOT accepted (ALL SALE ITEMS AND SEASONAL ITEMS ARE FINAL) unless a customer received a wrong item or the item was damaged. We do NOT accept returns on bathing suits or jewelry for sanitary purposes. 

*All Sales Are Final on Holiday and Custom made to order Items, which includes the digital print items since they are made to order. 


Returns for store credit only:

NOTE: After we make a return agreement, please follow the instructions & do NOT automatically use the return address on the label. Please send us the tracking number  within 5 business days. We will not accept returns outside of our original agreement.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, advising if the return was approved or not. Can take 2-5 days to process exchanges/returns. 

Banks Boutique’s Responsibility:

If we are responsible for the issue we will fix it. If you are sent the wrong item, depending on the circumstances, we may or may not need the item back. If we do, we will provide a shipping label to have it sent back to us & send out the correct item at our expense. This solution is only when Banks Boutique is responsible.

Customer's Responsibility:

If the customer has ordered the wrong size, product, or simply does not want the item anymore, The customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the item/s back to us & Store credit will be given only for the amount of the item. (Shipping costs are non refundable).
